Got a closer look at this bridge as well as did some research on it. It is called the "Brilliant" Bridge. Also, we drove by it yesterday and discovered it is not walkable -- with big holes in the walkway.
I could not believe it when I saw it. This bridge actually ends on both sides.
Actually, when I got a closer look it seems this may have been a FOOT bridge...oh well, thought I had found the bridge to NOWHERE!

Hey, Coralee!! LOVED reading and looking at your blog!Incidentally, this is the first time I've ever even seen a blog. I always enjoy all of your pictures. I had started to write that I especially enjoy your barn pictures, but then realized that I truly love ALL of your pictures, and this time it was the wildlife ones I liked the best. I think you're right about those turkeys wanting to get "the **** out of Dodge" before Thanksgiving--although, as you no doubt know, actually turkeys are supposed to be dumber than dirt!
By the way, we now have THREE cats--we adopted twin part-Siamese Flamepoints named Hailey and Bailey. They are gorgeous white cats with strawberry blonde highlights (hence the name Flamepoint). Kari couldn't care less how they look--but she sure HATES their presence in HER house! Actually, Kari and Bailey (who is a total sweetheart) get along just fine, but Hailey is much more aggressive and antagonizes Kari frequently. I think (hope) they will work it out in time, but right now we have ringside seats to the biggest, fiercest cat fights I've ever witnessed. I keep a spray bottle filled with water nearly at all times!
Not surprised but delighted to hear that you two are still thoroughly enjoying your sojourns. We look forward so much to seeing you again when next you grace our neck of the woods.
Vicki and Gautam will be here for almost two weeks at Christmas--WHOOPEE!!
Love to you two!
Candace
