Kennedy Space Center

On the way to the Kennedy Space Center we went through Melbourne Florida. I recognized the name because it is often on our severe thunderstorms and tornado alerts. Today was sunny, warm and only blue skies above. One shopping center had some great art work.

Well, we found Waldo in Texas and Oz in Florida and now in Florida we also found Cinderella's wicked stepsister.

We arrived at the Space Center raring to go

It was a huge complex and because you get two days on your ticket we plan to go back and take their tour bus to other areas of the complex.

At the Visitor's Center were rockets....

And a module.....

One of the areas was devoted to the robots that are used to explore areas before humans actually come. Very interesting how they record everything about the planets...and moons.

This is a simulation of how living on a planet would be like.

Is he real or is he a statute. The kids here were not sure...until he moved.
